Crabmeat Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lb. white crabmeat
1 small onion, finely chopped
dash of Tabasco sauce
dash of minced garlic
dash of red pepper
Preparation

In a double boiler, melt cream cheese and butter.
Add crabmeat and seasonings.
Serve in a chafing dish with crackers or in small pastry shells.
