Pumpkin Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs for 2 minutes. Add both sugars.
    Beat until well combined. Beat in pumpkin, butter and juice until blended.
    Pour batter into prepared pans (4 to 5 mini or one 9 x 5-inch) coated with nonstick spray. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean at 350\u00b0.
    Bake mini pans 30 minutes; 9 x 5-inch pan 50 to 55 minutes.
