Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. diced firm persimmons
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift all together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
    In a second bowl, beat the eggs, butter, milk and oil.
    Mix well all ingredients together and put in a baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until knife comes clean.
