Lime Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large lime jello
1 large can Pet milk, chilled overnight
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation

Drain pineapple; grate cheese.
Add cheese to juice and bring almost to boiling.
Take off stove and cool.
While that is cooling, whip milk in large bowl until peaks form.
Mix dry jello and pineapple together.
Add cheese/juice mixture, mayonnaise and whipped milk and nuts.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish.
Chill.
