Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. ripe, mashed bananas
1 c. nuts
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat egg.
Add sour cream, honey and vanilla.
Mash bananas and add to egg mixture.
Add nuts.
Sift remaining dry ingredients and add to banana mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a greased loaf pan.
