Spiced Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts; set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs lightly. Add sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Add dry ingredients. Stir only until dry ingredients are moist. Spoon batter into well-greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes before removing out of pan.
