Garlic Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. butter
4 1/2 lbs. peeled potatoes
Preparation

Cook mashed potatoes as normal, add in ingredients one at a time.
Butter a baking dish and pour in ingredients.
Add 2 or 3 pats of butter to top.
Place in refrigerator for 2 or 3 days. When needed place in oven and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40-60 minutes.
