Strawberry And Cream Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs, room temperature
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom and sides of 13 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
    Line with waxed paper; grease paper. Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl until thick and triple in volume.
    Beat in vanilla.
    Sprinkle flour over top.
    Fold in until blended.
    Spread in pan.
    Bake 13 to 15 minutes until brown.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle kitchen towel with confectioners sugar.
    Invert cake on towel.
    Peel off paper.
    Roll up cake and towel from small end.
    Cake must be room temperature before you unroll and fill.
