Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Put ingredients in heavy pan.
    Cook until 240\u00b0.
    It will be medium brown color.
    Do not let it burn; stir constantly.
    Pour onto waxed paper that has been put onto a cookie sheet.
    Put chocolate chips on top while still hot.
    Spread the chocolate out after it has melted.
    Break into pieces when cool.
