Chicken Salad Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
lettuce leaves
2 c. seedless grapes (about 3/4 lb.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chutney
1/8 tsp. pepper
hard-cooked eggs, quartered (optional)
Preparation

Combine chicken,
grapes
and
almonds.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, sour cream, chutney, salt and pepper.\tAdd to chicken mixture and toss
well.
Cover and chill.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Garnish
with hard-cooked eggs.
Yields about 6 servings.
