Clam Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 regular pie shells or 1 deep dish
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 (15 oz.) can Snow's clam chowder
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake pie shell at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes and remove.
    Reduce oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine bacon, chowder, eggs, onion, sour cream, flakes and pepper.
    Pour in shell.
    Add cheese.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Wait 20 minutes before serving.
