Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. onions
    1 c. celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. water
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except noodles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Top with noodles.
    Bake 5 to 10 minutes more.
