Jello Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole eggs
    1 cup sugar
    1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
    1 small pkg. Jello, any kind
    1 tall can Pet milk, ice cold
    Vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add sugar and pineapple juice.
    Cook a few minutes, add Jello.
    Mix well.
    Let cool.
    In a large bowl, whip ice cold Pet milk.
    Add cool Jello mixture.
    Line pie plates with vanilla wafers, stand them around the edges.
    Pour Jello mixture into pie plates.
    Put in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
    Makes two pies.
