Sausage Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. biscuit mix
    3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. mild sausage (bulk or roll)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients thoroughly with hands and form into balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes (watch them) or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. After cool, they can be frozen, then reheated as needed.
