Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 potatoes, cooked and grated
    12 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 onion
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 to 3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    4 tsp. salt
    1 large carrot, grated
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Put onion and vinegar in blender until fine.
    Mix all together.
    Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
