Macaroni By Catherine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat (1 lb. beef and 1 lb. sausage)
    1 small bunch celery, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    6 to 8 mushrooms, sliced
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. chili powder
    dash of red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
    Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Dot with butter and set aside.
