Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    4 eggs
    1 C. sour cream
    2 C. grated parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook frozen spinach and onion in 3/4 inch water.
    Mix rest of the ingredients with spinach and onions.
    Pour into greased casserole and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until the center is set.
