Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten thoroughly
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
4 c. flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
cooking oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cooking oil, together.
Drop by spoonfuls in hot oil and cook until a golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
