Hummus Party Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 medium garlic cloves
1 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

In a blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine 1/4 cup bean liquid and remaining ingredients.
Process until mixture is smooth paste.
Add more liquid if needed to make desired consistency.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Serve with crackers or pita bread.
Use as a dip for crudites or use as a stuffing for celery.
Makes 1 cup.
