Corned Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 large can evaporated milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, cut into bite size pieces
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, diced
1 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Cook noodles in salted water.
Drain.
Add milk, soup, corned beef, green peppers, onion and cheese.
Mix together and pour into casserole.
Cover with potato chips or chow mein noodles.
Bake.
