Chicken Or Seafood Aspic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small (12 oz.) cottage cheese
    1 small onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    2 c. cooked and diced chicken or shrimp
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in the hot water and let cool.
    Mix all ingredients and pour in glass 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Cool and let harden.
