Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini, loosely packed
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat eggs until fluffy.
    Beat in sugar, oil and vanilla until it is thick and lemon colored.
    Add rest of ingredients and pour into two loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Invert on racks and let cool completely.
