Simple Broiled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pan dressed or 1/3 lb. fish fillets per person
    1/4 c. melted butter or oil
    salt for sprinkling
    lemon pepper seasoning
    paprika
Preparation
    Wash and dry fish.
    Place fish in single layer in foil lined shallow baking pan.
    Brush with butter and seasonings.
    Broil 4 inches from heat source for 5 to 8 minutes per side until fish is browned and flakes when tested with fork.
