Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans salmon, drained
    1 c. creamed potatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    pepper to your taste
    corn meal
Preparation
    Mix salmon, potatoes,
    eggs,
    onion
    and
    pepper.
    Then take small amount, roll into
    a\tball,
    then
    mash until thin. Dip in corn meal.\tFry
    in shallow skillet until brown on both sides. Will feed 8 to 10 people.
