Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 lb. potatoes, cut into chunks
    1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In large plastic bag, add all ingredients.
    Close bag and shake until all potatoes are evenly coated.
    Empty potatoes into shallow baking dish or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
    Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
