Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil for frying
    2 1/2 c. self rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/3 cup milk
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Heat 2 inches of oil in deep frying pan to 350\u00b0. Combine flour, sugar, milk and eggs in mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Drizzle 1/2 cup of batter in a circular design into hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
