Canned Hot Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mixed spices
    1 clove garlic
    1 small onion
    vinegar
    salad oil
Preparation
    Put the first 4
    ingredients in bottom of jar.
    Add hot peppers which have been cut lengthwise and seeds removed, then add 1 cup vinegar to each quart jar.
    Fill with cold water and put 1 tablespoon salad oil on
    top.
    Put lid and ring on.
    You don't have to heat anything
    and
    do
    not cold pack.
    Ready to eat in 2 weeks.
