Pumpkin Pie Filling(No Sugar - No Eggs) - cooking recipe

1 c. chopped dates
1 3/4 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. pecans (optional)
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. soy flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Whiz all ingredients in blender.
Pour into pie plate that has been lined with Quick Pie Crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until set, about 35 minutes.
