Shredded Beef(Party Size Amount) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. beef stew meat
    1/8 c. garlic salt
    1 small celery stalk, chopped
    1/8 c. salt
    1 large Bermuda onion, chopped
    3/4 gal. water or V-8 juice
Preparation
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
    Use potato masher to shred up.
