Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. venison, cut up and fat removed
    1 can water
    4 to 6 carrots, cut up
    1 clove garlic
    1 can beef broth
    2 onions, cut up
    2 stalks celery, cut up
    4 potatoes, cut up
Preparation
    Brown the meat in a pan, add broth and water.
    Add onions, carrots, celery and garlic; simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add potatoes and cook 1/2 hour.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
