Cranberry Quick Bread(Makes 1 Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour (unsifted)
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter, margarine or salad oil
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. raw cranberries, chopped
Preparation
    Combine flour with sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; sift into bowl.
    Combine the egg with orange peel, milk and butter or oil; pour all at once into the dry ingredients.
    Mix just until thoroughly moistened.
    Stir in cranberries.
    Spoon mixture into a well greased loaf pan.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until bread is brown and tests done with a toothpick, about 1 hour.
    Serve warm or cold. To reheat, wrap in foil.
