Methodist Home Of Versailles Kentucky(Yeast Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes or pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 c. flour (plus enough more flour for working and rolling out)
Preparation
    Scald 3/4 cup of the milk.
    In separate pan, heat the remaining milk to lukewarm.
    Mix together: salt, sugar, Crisco and slightly beaten eggs.
    Then mix the lukewarm milk with the yeast until dissolved.
    Now, add the yeast and milk to the salt, sugar, Crisco and egg mixture.
    Let the scalded milk cool to lukewarm and add to the mixture.
    Then add (a little at a time) to the flour mixture.
