*Kadaifi 1(Shredded Dough) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. shredded dough (Kadaif)
2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 lb. butter
Preparation

Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread pan with 1/3 of Kadaif. Sprinkle with 1/3 of melted butter and half the nuts.
Continue with another layer of Kadaif, butter and nuts.
The final layer is Kadaif and butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until lightly browned.
Let cool and cut into squares.
When completely cool, pour hot syrup gradually.
