Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 potatoes, boiled
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. butter or spread
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation

Cook and drain the potatoes.
Beat sour cream, cream cheese and potatoes until blended (add milk if too stiff).
Season to taste with salt.
You may add garlic salt, too, if desired.
Add chives last and then put in casserole. Dot with butter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
If you make a day ahead of time, bake 1 hour to warm.
