Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine ground beef and 1/2 envelope soup mix, bread crumbs and egg.
Shape into 12 balls.
In preheated skillet, brown meatballs in shortening and drain fat.
Blend in remaining soup mix and flour and gradually stir in water and parsley.
Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Gradually stir in sour cream.
Serve with noodles or rice.
Makes 4 servings.
