Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
3 c. mashed bananas
1 1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar and margarine in 2 1/2-quart bowl.
Stir in eggs until blended.
Add bananas, beat 30 seconds.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except nuts, just until moistened.
Stir in nuts. Pour into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
