Cajun Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 pinch salt

Preparation

Mix together and beat by hand for 1 minute.
Place in a greased 11 x 14-inch pan.
Bake for 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Remove and spread with topping while hot.
