Pasta Hut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head romaine lettuce
    1 small head iceberg lettuce
    1 can drained, chopped artichoke hearts
    1 small jar drained pimentos
    1 medium red onion, sliced
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Shred lettuce.
    Mix with remaining ingredients and let set at least 2 hours.
