Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole corn
    2/3 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Chop the onion, green pepper and pimentos. Add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix and pour into greased, covered dish (1 1/2 to 2-quart size).
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Great with Mexican food!
