Fluffy White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water
    6 large marshmallows, quartered
    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring sugar, cream of tartar, salt and water to boil.
    Let cook until sugar dissolves.
    Add unbeaten egg white and marshmallows, beating constantly with electric mixer until frosting is in peaks.
    Add vanilla and spread on cake.
