Betty'S Spinach Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 boxes chopped spinach
2 medium onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 c. Mozzarella cheese
garlic powder and onion powder to taste
pepper to taste
1 frozen garlic bread
Preparation

Boil spinach as directed. Salt to taste. Drain and set aside. Saut onion and garlic in butter. Add spinach and cream cheese. Add Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder and pepper to taste. Open frozen garlic bread. Spread spinach mixture over frozen bread. Cover with Mozzarella cheese. Bake as directed.
