Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small yellow squash
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in a little water until almost tender. Drain, then add oleo and sugar.
    Cool slightly, then add milk and eggs.
    Fold in salt and pepper, then cheese.
