Easy Peanut Butter Cookies(Makes 5 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 egg
    3/4 to 1 c. peanut butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. Bisquick
    granulated sugar
Preparation
    Beat Eagle Brand milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth.
    Add Bisquick and mix well.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar.
    Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet and flatten with fork.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Store tightly covered at room temperature.
