Korean Chicken Or Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. thinly sliced chicken or beef
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. honey
    1 piece thinly sliced and minced gingerroot
    1 or 2 greens onions, chopped
    1 or 2 cloves crushed garlic
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except meat, in a large bowl.
    Add the meat and mix thoroughly.
    Marinate for at least 24 hours.
    Then bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or barbecue.
