Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 stick margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients and pour into a buttered 9 x 12-inch dish.
Combine cornflakes and 1/2 stick melted margarine. Spread on top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Serves 12.
