Hot Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
    1 large onion, diced
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain, squeezing out all liquid. Mix all ingredients. Chill 2 hours or more. Roll into 1-inch balls. Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
