Jennifer'S Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut in pieces (reserve liquid)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. lasagne noodles
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef,
    onion and garlic.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in the undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, basil and salt. Cover
    and
    simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Boil water in
    large
    pan.
    Add
    the lasagne noodles and oil. Cook until tender.
    Drain and rinse noodles.
    Beat eggs.
    Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, Ricotta, parsley and pepper.
