Crock Pot Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Peel and quarter the potatoes and boil until soft.
    Mash them and add cream cheese, sour cream, onions, salt, pepper and egg whites.
    Place in a crock pot or a casserole dish.
    The potatoes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days at this point.
