Shrimp Cantonese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. shrimp
3 Tbsp. oil
1 beaten egg
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. soy bean flour
1 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Cut hippo into bite size pieces.
Add spicy gravy, enough to cover.
Cook over open pit fire for 3 weeks.
This will serve 2,500 people.
If more are expected, a rabbit may be added, but beware, most people do not like hare in their stew!
