French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    8 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large (7 oz.) can coconut
    3 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick.
    Add sugar, milk, vanilla, coconut and melted margarine.
    Pour into three unbaked pie shells.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
